What happened?

when i read this artcilt https://github.com/CesiumGS/cesium-unreal/blob/main/Documentation/developer-setup.md。 I click this button ,but can not get

@playerzzz I recently removed that because it was very outdated, but forgot to remove the link to it. The best way to learn how to package the plugin is to look at our scripts that do the packaging on GitHub Actions.
