Feature request: Log responses from all sites

Sometimes sites present a CAPTCHA, flag requests as suspicious or give error response codes. It would be helpful if there was a cli flag to log all responses to a file. That way the analysts can see if they want to manually check the sites.

I will try and implement the logging of all responses within the .html report at the end of the scan.
