Abstract
The paper considers a problem of an efficient bilinear system control. A novel structure of the compensator for diagonal bilinearity is proposed. The compensator’s role is to linearise a bilinear system and hence to ensure controllability by the well-established group of Model Based Controllers. In the studies, performance of the control system is assessed due to a comparison of Generalised Predictive Controller with the compensator and without the compensator. The analysis of the simulation result allows concluding that the proposed approach appears promising.
