First and foremost ... The difficulty is like ramming into a brick wall like instantly. I'm a touch embarassed but the very first enemy killed me twice.

But I'm aware that's a result of the game being not done yet. They say to make the tutorial last; yeah?

That said I love the vibe and now that I'm starting to get it I really love the vision. I really like how it feels like the goal In a fight is either win neutral and get the guard break through luck or make a good defensive play and see the target attack and then figure out how to actually land that attack; and then flow the combo as far as you can take it. I think that flow really captures the feel of a fighting game.

Also just this demo build has so much in it already! So many fun little cutscenes. I love both these girls so much. I'm so deeply looking forward to seeing how the game shapes up 馃挄馃挄馃挄

Idk the best place to leave feedback so I'll do it here.

in the quick combat section range is detailed like this "When measuring distances and range, measure from the edge of the origin space (or character). To be in range, something must have at least 1 space inside a listed range." Which; to me; reads like range is calculated Orthogonally.

But then in the step-by-step section it reads "Range is a number (usually from 2 or up) that can be measured in any direction, including diagonally."

Which is much more specific and also feels like how it should be described in the quick combat section.

Playing in my first game of this very soon and very excited! Been hype for ICON for two years now.

I feel like this video articulated something I've never been able to get across to my friends and family. Really your work as a whole does.
