𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗔𝗜 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆. Over the past four decades, I have meticulously documented all my course materials, audio recordings from events, books I have read or listened to via audiobooks, videos from my events, and other written content. This extensive collection has been consolidated into an AI-driven database, known as the Moe DataBank, which currently holds approximately 7TB of data. I utilise AI technology to assist in creating books, courses, and various other training materials by accessing and synthesising information from the Moe Nawaz History DataBank. What once took months of manual effort can now be accomplished in mere minutes or hours, thanks to this advanced system. This integration of AI not only enhances efficiency but also ensures that the content I produce is comprehensive and aligned with my extensive body of work. I am sharing this because I see people struggling with similar issues but don't know the answers. Some might call it cheating, but for me, AI is a tool, so get over it and use it like a tool to better ourselves and equip those around us to do the same. Moe Nawaz

Are we ready to deal with a world where change is not just constant, but is speeding along exponentially?   In his amazing bestseller ‘Scary Smart’ Egyptian author Mo Gawdat reminds us that the world today is full of villains – only soon, with the aid of quantum computing, they will become super villains. And Gawdat should know. He was the Chief Business Officer for Google X, the arm of Google that was focused on developing Artificial Intelligence, and witnessed the evolution of  super computing, the impact of which led him to resign his job and take up the mantle of activist to bring awareness of the negative impact of AI on humanity.   Even now, he writes, bad people are innovating news ways for identity theft in order to acquire massive wealth; they are innovating new ways from cyber terrorism to hacking government files, fake news or manipulation of crowd opinions to displace those in power.   Gawdat’s book is an appeal for us to understand the implications of AI in a way that causes us to take action.   I am still in the midst of the book but I want to strongly recommend it as reading for every single executive and director, for every single employee whose future will be determined by intelligent machines far superior to us, and whose dawn has already arrived.   #governance #goodgovernance #safety #ai #leadership
