Pre-Requisite:
Turn on Narrator.

Repro Steps:

1. Open the above URL and login with valid credentials.
2. Press 'Ctrl+Win+Enter' keys to turn on Narrator.
3. 'Microsoft Graph Toolkit Playground' Overview page will get displayed.
4. Press tab key and navigate to 'Mgt-teams channel picker and press enter key to activate it.
5. Now press tab key and navigate to the docs option and press enter key to expand it.
6. Press tab key and navigate to the select a channel combo box and observe the issue.

Actual Result:
When the focus lands on the select a channel combo box screen reader is conveying name information twice and also it is announcing the all tree items information in one go.

Expected Result:
While navigating on the Select a channel combo box, screen reader should not announce name twice and all the information in one go. It should announce only as 'Select a channel combo edit has a pop up.'

Note:
Same issue is repro with NVDA.

User Impact:
It will impact the screen reader user as they will get confused if the screen reader announces information twice and all information in one go as user will get confused with irrelevant information.
