Cannot deploy - schema issues

Hi there community. I have been wanting to try out the software, but having trouble getting going.
A direct github deploy with both build or using pre built always results in a schema issue. Restaurant table not existing etc. I looked at eaerlier migrations and found restaurant table being created in a 2017 deploy.php file. I tried bulying it to use that then run into missing tabled obviously in later migrations. I guess I could keep going but would have preferred to have it run out the box. Something not ok with the DB table schema updates. Any idea?

I don't know where you found this deploy.php file.

To run the software locally, the recommended way is using Docker as explained in the README.

Thank you for the reply. I did use docker, the problem was that make install kept complaining about a restaurant table not existing. I then went looking for history on when that table should have been created and and. I ended up just fresh installing. The make install did its job this time.
