Bug Description:
The bug involves something going wrong with how effects modifying Attributes work accessories (and maybe other pieces of equipment too, I haven't tried) equipped by players. Instead of increasing the specified Attribute, they seem to have permanently broken their character sheets instead.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigated to a character sheet, gave them an accessory.
  2. Added an effect to the accessory that increased an Attribute per the github wiki's instructions.
  3. Equipped the item to enable the effect. Notice the effect does not increase the Attribute.
  4. After equipping an accessory this way, I notice can't equip or unequip it, or edit its effects.
  5. I restart the Foundry instance. From this point on, you can't open that character's sheet anymore. Clicking on it wil to open it will do nothing. Because of this, none of my players are able to access their character sheets, and neither am I.

Do you still remember the actual effect configuration you used? attribute key, change type and effect value?
