missing Environment.yaml

Thanks for sharing this project!

I’d like to use Docker, but it seems like the Environment.yaml file is missing, which makes it tricky to set up the environment inside the Docker container.

Could you either provide the Environment.yaml or let me know if it can be generated from the requirements.txt file?
