(• Breastfeeding is now allowed in regular commissions. )
Welcome to my terms of services page! Please read through my TOS carefully to avoid any confusion when considering commissioning me. These rules are subject to change at any time. I will not be held responsible for what you have not read.
----
How to Get a Commission:
You MUST have a Reference Sheet or colored Picture of the fursona you want to use. (Unless you are getting a Reference sheet done.)
If you do not have a Reference sheet
Zambuka was nice enough to create line art to make your own here! http://www.furaffinity.net/view/10384501/
***I Am No Longer Taking SecondLife Photos as References. ***
Commission Journals
•I usually hold commission journals once a week to fill slots. Either by raffling slots off with a random number generator or by first-come, first-serve.
•To enter my journals please read the context carefully. After you have read the entire journal, please comment in the comment section with the correct phrase or answer. Please do not add to the answer for comedic reasons, I will NOT take your entry seriously and will skip your name. I've had too many people "play" with commission journals and accidentally win an entry when they didn't want to enter at all. If you do have a question and would like to enter at the same time you are allowed to enter the correct answer/phrase then state your question or concern.
• Please allow two weeks before you ask about your commission progress, Although I'll probably note you if anything major comes up. :)
• You are not allowed to have your friends enter for you. If you are in the commission OR it's a gift and you're paying for it then you may enter the raffle. Otherwise don't cheat.
Rush Slots
•3 Rush Slots will be available once a month. I will keep a counter on my front page.
•To receive a Rush Slot just note me with your commission information with the title Rush Slot.
•I will take your commission the very next spot I work on. Example: If I’m working on a slot, once I finish it I’ll start on yours. If I’m not working on any at the moment, you will be the first in line.
•Because this is a rush delivery option there will be an additional fee added to your total costs. That fee is $75 USD.
•The rushed delivery fee will be paid upfront and is nonrefundable. I repeat, the $75 will be paid upfront and is nonrefundable.
•If you want to cancel your commission I will be happy to refund your commission fee, however, depending on how much work has gone into the project I will take what I think is fair for my time. Example: We have already decided on a theme, pose, setting, etc. I have already started the line work stage of the commission and you decide to cancel. I will take out what I think is fair for the art that I have completed to this point. This is nothing new and stands true for all my commissions.
•I Do NOT Hold a Waiting List for commissions or Rush Slots! You can not Hold a Spot! Once you've given me your commission idea and it had been paid for the slot is yours. • Just telling me your idea and waiting to pay will not hold your spot for you.
Payment:
• I only accept PayPal at the moment, but I am looking into other methods.
• I do not accept E-Checks
• I require payment upfront. I do not split or allow “payments” on art.
• Full payment is required before I start on your art.
• If you wish to keep your commission Private please let me know beforehand. There will be an extra fee for private commissions.
Refunds & Refusals:
I have the right to refuse a commission or cancel a commission at any time. Cancellations are usually due to a lack of inspiration or interest in a commission. At this time, I hand out a refund. If you cancel the commission, please read below.
Full refunds issued if:
1. No work has been done on a commission after a 2-month period.
2. I feel as if I cannot finish the piece due to art block or lack of interest, despite how much I have done with the commission. -- I will still give you what I had done, however.
3. I receive constant pestering. (Noting more than 3 times in a single week about the status of your commission.) I will completely cancel your commission and you will get your money back. However, your business will not be welcomed again. I am sorry if this inconveniences you.
Partial refunds issued if:
I have gotten so far in a commission and you cancel the commission.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED WORKS.
Edits Policy:
Any edits are subject to charge depending on the complexity of the edit. For instance, if I sketch your entire image, then you decide that you want the character in a totally different outfit, or arm position, or facial expression, or anything that would require a major re-working, it will be subject to charge. A full re-sketch is $10-30 (depending on the level of edits.) This may be necessary if you change the pose, angle, body type, and/or proportions. Any mistake I make that you covered in the description entitles you to a free edit, of course.
MAKE SURE YOUR COMMISSION DESCRIPTION DESCRIBES IT EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT.
-I do not give out WIPs of just Line art.
-I do not give open SAI or Photoshop files.
Size Requirements:
I usually work on a canvas size of 3000 by 3000 pixels at 300 DPI and work from there.
If there is a certain size you need your image to be please tell me upfront.
Once I start on the Inks you are NOT allowed to request to resize the image.
Your Rights to Your Commission:
I have no issues with you re-posting the artwork you have commissioned as long as credit is given to me. My artist’s page must be linked.
I have no right to re-posting your character on any tangible, buy-able products. I will never do this. However, I may use the image you have commissioned as an example of my works at conventions, shows, etc.

I reserve the right to choose not to post the work for any reason, regardless of whether the commissioner posts it or not

<3 Thank you!
Upfront is fine but if there's some horrible accident where you get a splinter somehow and can't draw for two weeks this feels grossly unfair.
So don't get any splinters, k?
I don't know how anyone could ever mess up commissioning you though, you're soooper nice!
So if any new commissioners read this, just be nice, read the rules of the journal, and pay when you win or are chosen and everything is good ^-^
Does that mean you won't draw, for instance, young furs playing with toy cars; or just won't draw robots, etc, as characters?
You know me though, I prefer to give the artist 100% creative freedom as I think the work turns out better when the artist gets to work on something they're excited about.
I need one of these soon. owo
Doesn't sound much but if you are going from 40/2 chance to possibly 35/2 that is a good skew in favour.
•Humans, more human than anthro characters, humanoids, and copyrighted characters, fan based characters.
Sorry for the inconvenience!
thanks i really dodged a bullet with this
