✦Age Appropriate: By commissioning me you acknowledge that you are of age to own and view adult/NC-17 material. (are 18 or older)
✦Order Form: The order from IS an extension of the terms of service; lack of reading and following instructions on the from may result in your order being rejected or you may need to fill out a new form. The order form has its own rules and they are important and are there for a reason. Please read carefully and fill out the form in its entirety.
✦ Digital Goods and Services: When purchasing a digital commission, you acknowledge that you are receiving a digital piece; not a physical printed piece of art.
✦Reposting Work: The commissioner, or owner of characters in said commission, alone have my permission after the commission is complete to re-post the image on their web host as long as credit for the art is given to me: This means linking to my profile and website.
IF THE IMAGE DOES NOT BELONG TO YOU, YOU DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO USE IT, POST IT, Etc.
✦Editing the Work: DO NOT remove my watermark. No one has permission to color sketches, lines, or any Upgradable/"unfinished" work. Period. If you notice someone using my work in an unauthorized way, please notify me via Note & do not confront them.
✦ My Reserved Right(s): I own all copyrights of commissions I produce.
I reserve the right to copy, reproduce, and reuse the image for self-promotion and sales.
I WILL NOT print your commission with the intent to sell or for profit.
✦ Selling my Work: Do not sell my work. All commission prices are for NON commercial Use. Additional fees apply for pieces with respect to print or reproduction intent.
✦ Works-In-Progress Policy : *This Applies to Semi-soft and Cell Shaded works ONLY!*
You may request up to 3 Updates to make any changes to the piece before it is finished. This does NOT include communication errors or mistakes on my end.

Full payment MUST be sent before any art will be given and updates will not be sent until this happens.
Payments not paid on approved orders in a timely manner (3 business days) will be canceled/Form Filled out will be Deleted.
Payments not made within 3 business days, unless discussed and agreed otherwise,will put you at the bottom of future lists. I am timely and reliable with my work; you should be timely reliable when making payments.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON COMPLETED WORK.
NOTE: Partially Completed Commissions will be refunded at artist discretion based off of the % of work completed; half complete; half money back.

What is the cost for additional characters?
Additional character costs vary depending on complexity: to get a price quote send in an order form!
Q & A:
What is the difference between Same-day and In-stream and Regular Commissions?
Same-Day means you want the order completed THAT DAY in stream or out--& includes a 40% fee for the rush order ( & skipping the que).
In-Stream Commissions are commissions ordered in streams and later worked on in stream. Same-Day need to be specified if you would like it done same-day!
Regular Commissions: are any commission you order completed at any time; if you don't mind it worked on outside of streams or don't mind it worked on at any time.

So is character design just a picture or a ref sheet?
single [frontal or 3/4] image of the character and a color palette. not shaded since it is for design purposes. refsheets are different. notice differences in my gallery ^^
